Spark Marketing is a trade name of Spark Consulting Marketing, based in Parkland, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through spark-cm.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you request a free audit, we collect what you enter in the form: your business name, type of business, a link to your Google Business Profile or website, your email address and, if you choose, your phone number. We also receive the date and time of your request.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the audit you requested.
- To reply to your request and follow up about it.
We don’t sell your information or share it for other companies’ marketing.
Services that process it
Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets and confirmation emails are sent through Gmail, both operated by Google. The website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf to run these services.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests while they’re useful for responding to you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
